118 Hornet

For the project at 118 Hornet Way, our client, an architecture, planning, and interior design firm specializing in commercial, institutional, and academic design, required complete exterior documentation for facade remodeling of an industrial building. In just one day on-site, our technician at 3DScanConsultants completed 159 scans using the RTC360 laser scanner. The client needed a 3D Revit model to understand the existing conditions of the building. The high-quality point cloud generated allowed us to create a reliable as-built BIM model with an accuracy tolerance of ¼ inch.
